THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY “TERRE D’UMBRIA” is a young company with long term skilled operators experienced for more than ten years in intermedia of property sales and renting. Based on this professionality we developed a flexible and dynamic operating system. Our primary aim is to support our clients with global advice in the real estate market starting from straight mediation to extend into any level where we can offer our clients a professional structure able to react sensibly to the constant evolution of the urban and rural real estate market. We will support our clients in any aspect of the selling or purchasing process offering consulting for insurence, mortgages and construction work as well.

MODULATION

“TERRE D’UMBRIA” owns a regular module of real estate agencies which is deposited in the Chamber of Commerce according to article 5 of the law L.39/89. The agency is also an affiliated member of the F.I.M.A.A. (National Italian federation of mediators and business agents).
